Swidwin from the outside is almost impossible, because it is a very large airbase.
With western wind you will stand more than 1 km from the runway; eastern wind 300m.
the only time I was there was inside the airbase, but i had bad luck, because nothing
flew that day due to weather.

If you want to see Su-22, you can better go to Minsk during the Radom airshow in august.
Then about 6 Fitters will fly from there and this base has good photo spots outside the
airbase. Sometimes they also organize spotter events during these flights. I was there too
in 2015 during the rehersal of this airshow.
